We have an in-house design team with over 40 years of experience specializing in design build projects. They work with owners, engineers, architects and construction managers from the conceptual stages of a project through completion. Our design team coordinates and drafts project designs using a state of the art CAD system. With a large service department, we work with our customers to ensure the building operation evolves as the owner’s needs change or grow. Providing a full service program, we partner with our customers to help ensure a building's operation contributes to their profitability. Design Build
Our in-house design team can bring a project from design to completion. For over 40 years, we have worked directly with owners, architects, and engineers to bring a project in on time and on budget from the conceptual stages through completion. Our experienced in-house design team also works with the owner or owner's representative to control costs during construction and still achieve the original intent of the project.
Engineering
We employ a full time engineer on staff who is available for a full range of mechanical engineering needs. For example, our engineer performs design and engineered calculations for our own design-build projects and supports our construction trade supervisors in evaluating value engineering opportunities and problem solving.
Project Budgeting
We have an experienced staff of estimators equipped with the latest estimating systems. Detailed estimates related to rough-in materials, equipment and related labor could be assembled to support competitive bid, negotiated contracts, or develop conceptual estimates.
Coordination
A state-of-the-art computer aided drafting (CAD) system coordinates and drafts project designs.
Plumbing and Pipe Fitting
We install equipment and/or piping used in industrial and commercial construction. These systems include domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm water, natural gas, low and high-pressure steam, chilled water, condenser water, refrigeration, process piping, medical/laboratory gases, and others.
Sheet Metal
We install equipment and/or ductwork including but not limited to: ductwork for air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, swimming pools, boiler breeching, clean rooms, kitchen hoods, dust collection systems. We fabricate most of our own duct in our sheet metal shop; this allows us to monitor and control quality from start to finish.
Service
We provide service for a wide range of commercial and industrial facilities. We can also tailor these services to be included in a preventive maintenance service contract. In addition, our residential service team is available 24-hours a day to serve your residential needs. We have the ability to handle any issues concerning your plumbing, drain cleaning, heating, cooling or gas repair needs.
